PLACES AND DEADLINES FOR SHIPPING
Products that wish to be acquired through this website can only be sent to Spain.
We must remind you that we currently do not ship to:
- Ceuta and Melilla
- The Canary Islands
- Post office box

You must remember that:
- Although our goal is to deliver within the aforementioned deadlines in the above paragraph, these delivery times are not guaranteed since shipments are managed by third parties.
- Delivery times of orders are established as a mere guidance and do not contemplate the potential delays arising from the authorization process of the payment.
- Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of SLW.
- SLW will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has already been processed.
- Currently, MRW does not have a delivery service with Citibox or Citipaq.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of shipment you choose:
- Purchase over 49.95 € in Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Free
- Purchase lower than 49.95 € in the Iberian Peninsula: 8 €
- Purchase lower than 49.95 € in Balearic Islands: 14 €
Occasionally, we may make promotions related to shipping costs for limited periods of time.
TAXES AND RATES
Taxes and fees of the purchased items will be calculated according to the destination of the shipment, and these charges will be broken down into the payment page and in the confirmation order.
TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
With the intention of offering the best service to our customers, MY WAY FOOTWEAR, S.L. offers the possibility of returning orders without any cost for the following cases:
- Definitive return of any defective product or products whose appearance shows a really significant difference from the characteristics displayed on the website.
- Change of size for another product of the same model and color, as long as it’s available in stock on the requested date.
- If the client meets with one of the above two situations, they have the possibility to contact MY WAY FOOTWEAR, S.L. by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the next 14 (business) days after receiving the product, so SLW can handle the customer's request.
Once the case has been studied by SLW, if the return request from the client is accepted, an email will be sent with the instructions to make the return (without any cost from the client’s part) to the offices of MY WAY FOOTWEAR, S.L. In these instructions, the costumer will be informed about the order and the return number of the shipment as to be able to follow up on both sides.
Returns without objective reasons and changes in product’s models are not allowed. Although MY WAY FOOTWEAR, S.L. reserves the right to accept returns if it deems it appropriate, the expenses incurred by this change will be the responsibility of the client, who will have the obligation to pay it before the change is made.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions. You must contact email@example.com in order to obtain the return number and to inform about the articles that you wish to return.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received. They must not be damaged or used.
- Products will be returned in their original packaging.
- Products of the same order must be returned in a single shipment, in no case, SLW will accept returns of the same order separately.
